As an experienced manager, consultant and executive trainer, I deliver high-impact training programs for financial institutions, fintechs, and regulators. Specializing in banking transformation, distribution channels, customer experience strategy, corporate governance, ESG, and management, I equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to navigate the evolving financial landscape. My strategic insights shape global finance.
I'm an expert at the Chartered Bankers Institute, a G100 nominee, and a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council member. I mentor future leaders and advance financial literacy worldwide.
I'm committed to empowering women in finance. I was a CSW68, CSW69, CSW70 UN Women UK participant and actively support female leadership initiatives.
I'm a lecturer at global universities, working with international students. I hold a PhD in Banking and an Executive MBA, blending academic excellence with real-world impact.
